Our Philosophy

After 18+ years in the construction industry, I utilize my experience to help homeowners survive one of life's more aggravating experiences: a home renovation project. The goal is to protect you from unnecessary repairs or overly costly renovations. The results are practical, cost-effective designs and upgrades that enhance your life.

Every space has the potential to be extraordinary — sometimes the simplest changes have enormous impact. I strive to create spaces that bring together thoughtful and efficient design not only in principle, but in practice.

I have always enjoyed working with my hands, being creative, solving problems, and making interiors look great. From a simple kitchen or bath renovation to displaying and installing cherished works of art, I approach every project with a commitment to do what's in the best interest of the customer, not your contractor.

Although designed to look beautiful these are indeed ADA compliant handles.

Illuminated switch plates, rocker switches at accessible heights, motion-activated lighting, and smart home integration for voice or tablet-based control of lighting and climate.

Stair Safety

ADA/senior-friendly features include: high-contrast stair edges, slip-resistant abrasive surfaces, rounded stair nosing, and low-profile transitions.
